those rules are pretty straight forward not that hard to comprehend doesnt seem to hard . kinda like life  obey the laws  respect your fellow people and dont do any thing u wouldnt want  done to you .

Rules well sucks that people cant act like adults and be respectfull and go by common sense.  Or sites wouldnt have to make rules.
