RedBack Sign-up page problem

Anyone else encountering a problem with the RedBack Poker sign-up page? It loads, I can fill in the information, but when I click 'Sign Up' nothing happens. I have tried: Internet Explorer 8, IE8 with compatibility mode, Firefox 3, FF3 in safe mode, and Google Chrome. Same result with each one. I have tried every day for the last 4 days.
