So Sorry to hear that . Sounds like you  at least went out with a decent hand. I know for me  I don't go bananas with AA unless I see an A on the board .  I hate to fold a killer hand  but sometimes it just happens and it seems to be a safe move depending on the game position and players at my table . I hate it  but Slow playing and sometimes even folding  AA KK ect is sometimes best bet at the final table or any table  just depends I suppose. - CONGRATS for getting that far and Good luck in the future games.
